Pain Petifour is proud to announce that it has been selected as the Official Baker of the 10th anniversary of this famous festival. The organization of this festival created our team decided to match each prepared dish with the corresponding bread, which will be proposed for tasting.

Utmost recognition, several Chefs picked up one of our bread as basis of their creation. You will therefore find our breads along with numerous Chefs at Les COURS DE CUISINE, l’ESPACE ROGER VERGE and the THEATRE DES CHEFS.

Knowing that children start their French cuisine learning process with a crusty end of bread, our Chef will present a Pop Art Class at the Ecole de Mougins. The subject will be colors and flavors!

Through our numerous partnerships, our commitment among the Disciples d’Escoffier organization, and our day to day work with the Chefs, we strive for presenting the specificities of our bakery in France and abroad.

Our goals:

Promote the French Cuisine internationally by the quality, the variety and the freshness of our breads made for the Food Service industry.

Help the bread be considered as an ingredient in itself that will set free Chef’s creativity
